Are your items brand new?

 

All of our items and products are brand new tagged items (unless clearly stated otherwise). They may have been tried on as you would find in any retail store, have damaged packaging, or even slight defects that again will be clearly listed in the product description, and reflected in the price. We do also offer brand new products that were originally damaged in transportation, all repaired and ready to be purchased for a fraction of the RRP.

 

Are your items damaged?

 

Every single item goes through a strict quality inspection before they are listed and again before they are sent out to you. If any item has any damage, defects or signs of wear this will be clearly listed in our detailed descriptions, and reflected in the price, as we pride ourselves on transparency.

 

Do you accept returns?

 

Our team is always at hand and happy to answer any questions on how an item fits, provide sizing information or handle any other queries you may have regarding any of our items and products. Our policy allows you to return the item up to 14 days from you receiving your item. Return postage is at the buyer's cost & responsibility until it has arrived safely with us. We recommend returning your items using a tracked and signed-for service to ensure they arrive with us and decrease the chance of them being lost by the chosen courier.

 

  • Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were sent out, unworn and with all of the tags still attached, with all of the original packaging they were despatched with.
  • All returns go through an intensive quality and authentication check, to detect attempts of deception and fraud. If there is reason to believe the return is an attempt of deception or fraud it will be refused.
  • For hygiene purposes, no refunds will be given for products that have perfume, make up, body odours or cigarette smoke present.
  • Any objects found within the returned item or inside of pockets will be used as evidence of use, and result in the return being refused.  

 

Any item that doesn't meet the criteria set out in the above return policy will be rejected and returned to the sender. This may result in the sender being asked to cover the postage cost of rejected items.

 

Once we have received your returned item, your return will be processed within 5 working days. If all returns criteria are met, the appropriate funds will be refunded within 7 working days.

 

If you have any issues with your item or problems returning the item back to us within the required time frame, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. Decisions on processing refunds outside of the 14-day return period will be at our discretion.

 

Are your items authentic?

 

All of our items and products go through a thorough authentication process, and any authentication proof will be displayed in the product listing. We do not sell any counterfeit items.

 

Do your items come with the original box/packaging?

 

Where possible, any products with a box/packaging as standard (shoes, consumables etc) will be sold with the original box/packaging. Where this isn't the case, the listing will clearly state the absence of, or damage to, the original box/packaging, and this will be reflected in the price. Don't worry, any items missing the original box/packaging will be packaged and despatched in one of our shoe boxes/dust bags.

 

Are your items stolen? (We get asked this A LOT)

 

The simple and blunt answer is no.
